Below we are hoping to answer some of the common questions parents have to how Covid-19 will affect summer camp this year.
Is summer camp for 2020 still happening?
We have canceled our Summer Day Camp program for the 2020 season and reduced the number of Overnight Campers to ensure the safety of everybody during Camp and at this time, we expect to operate our summer Overnight camp program as planned beginning in June. There is no better place for kids to connect, make new friends and try new things and discover their potential. We are following all CDC, local, state and government guidance. We will continue to keep lines of communication open and transparent as summer approaches. One thing we know for sue: Kids will need camps this year more than ever.
Can I still register for summer camp?
Yes! We think after all we have been through these past few weeks kids will need camp more than ever, so we keeping our Summer Camp registration open for everyone till May 15th and offer you a $100 discount with the discount Code HEALINGSUMMER. Registrations that will be received after May 28th are charged with a late registration fee and want be able to receive any discounts.. Click here to view all camp information and/or register now!

Can I register for camp but have the option to cancel later if I need to?
Our standard policy is still in effect, but we want you to be able to register for camp with confidence. Our If you register now for summer camp and need to cancel camp later on, you will be able to receive a credit for the 2021 summer camp season.
What happens if Camp is cancelled by Pony Gang or a governing agency?
If our camp is canceled by other or by government order you have the following option:
- Get a credit: Apply the funds you’ve paid to a future camp experience or program. We will hold the session/program of your choice through September 1, 2021.
- Get a refund: Receive a refund of all deposits & payments paid.
What is Pony Gang doing to prioritize health and safety for my child at camp?
Our priority is always on the health and safety of your child. In addition to the many steps we take every day to protect the health of our campers, and staff, we will work hard to incorporate recommendations from local, state and national agencies and follow guidance from the American Camp Association for a healthy camp community for all.
