General Information

Do I have to make reservations? 

Yes, all our activities  require an reservation in advance. 


What payment forms do you accept? 

 We accept cash and all major debit / credit cards.

Please note that if you pay with Debit or Credit Card there will be an extra 5 % Service fee charged.


Why do you take a credit Card number when scheduling a Service? 

 To ensure that you will cancel if you are unable to make it. 

Please note that scheduled Services have to be canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled time or we have to charge for the Service !


Do you charge the credit card I used to make a reservations for lessons or parties? 

 No, not unless you don"t show and don't cancel in advance due to our cancellation police.  

- Lessons  need to be canceled within 24 hours prior the scheduled lesson 

- Pony Parties  - can only be rescheduled, no cancellation is here available. Only reason for cancellation from clients site will be bad weather. 



When are you open? 

 We are open 

Tuesdays- Fridays  9:00 am - 6:00 pm  -

Saturdays  9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

However visits always require an scheduled appointment to ensure that we have time for you.

We don't do walk ins !

Can we tip our trainers or pony handlers? 

For our trainers it is a no! For our pony handlers, it's not required....but it is appreciated by them!


Can you bring your ponies and horses to us? 

We are sorry, but we no longer offer this service. 


Are there restrooms? 

We have a indoor restroom. 


Do you sell food/beverages? 

We are sorry, but we don't offer this Service. 


Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no dogs are allowed to be brought to the Farm.


Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do. Please call our Office at (803) 374 2155




For what ages and what type of lessons do you offer? 

We offer lessons for ages three and up in English/Hunter and Western riding.


Are the lessons offered year around ? 

Yes, our lessons program runs year around. We also use rainy days for the theory lessons that are very important too.  


Do parents need to accompany children during lesson? 

 No, not unless you like too. We do always have trainers and lessons helpers to assist grooming and tacking, but younger students may need a little added help from the parents. 

We also request if you leave during lessons that you will be back in time before lessons ends.  


Are helmets required during lessons?

Yes, helmets are always required when mounted on a horse regardless your age.


What will my child or I learn during lessons? 

Safety around the horse, grooming, saddling, riding, communication with the horse/pony, proper position and rhythm skills, steering, control and much more.



Is it English/Hunter or Western ? 

We start all students bare back with a vaulting girth, to learn how to balance, proper position and rhythm.  Later you or your child can decide to go English or Western. We offer both at the Farm


How do I sign my child up or how can I get into the program? 

Call 803-374 2155 during weekday business hours. It is ongoing program, so we do not have a set start or finish to the classes. We will hold your spot and write you down for the next week. If you "no show, no call", you run the risk of losing your spot and/or being charged for that lesson. The expectation is that you attend your lesson weekly.


Do you teach special needs rider?

 Yes, we start with private lesson to give undivided individual attention and we also offer limited group lessons.   We try to accommodate and challenge special need riders, however, our first concern is always safety. Our instructors reserve the right to modify or discontinue if they deem it unsafe.



Pony Parties at the Farm:


Is there an indoor room ? 

Yes, we have a small 24 x 12 indoor room and a for additional space  an outdoor party area with electric and a grill. 


Can we decorate?  

 Yes, but this set up and take-down time is  included in your reserved time. 


Can we have it catered? 

Yes, but it must be set up and cleaned/up in your reserved time.



Can you handle large groups?

 Yes, we can handle large groups, it just involves some special planning from us. Just give us a call at 803-374 2155 and we can see how you can serve your needs. 


Can we bring alcoholic beverages? 

 You may have them in the Party area, but please note that no person that has consumed alcohol is aloud around the horses, pastures or ponds for their own safety.

We are experienced, credential, common-sense individuals with a passion for what we do. We love our horses and, more importantly, we love to share them with you!
