On any given morning, campers can expect a balanced breakfast with pancakes, waffles or french toast, bacon or sausage, eggs, or the occasional treat of coffee cake! Milk and juice are always available, along with cereal, oatmeal and fresh fruit.
After an active morning, we serve a satisfying, energizing lunch to fuel campers for all-day fun. You might see chicken, fish, or sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers or more! Rainy days might bring a warming meal of grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup. We also put out butter and different types of jelly, salad and fresh fruits.
Our Dinners consists of of kid-friendly nutritious meals. Sundays are a relaxed day at Pony Gang Camp and Campers may sleep late. Breakfast is from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. Campers can show up any time, giving them plenty of time to sleep in and still have a nice, relaxed meal with their new camp friends.
Lunch are traditional pot roasts, chicken or turkey and all the fixings - mash potatoes, gravy, and lots of veggies. Sunday dinners are
grilled hot dogs. We provide fruits and veggies,
chips, juice, and cookies, and everyone has a blast.
We are able to provide for a number of dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. When possible, we create variations on the main meal - pizza on gluten free crust, Spaghetti with veggie meatballs or sandwiches without cheese.
We are a nut-free Camp and offer sunflower butter instead of the traditional peanut butter.
If your child has dietary restrictions or food allergies of any kind, please contact the Camp Director to discuss your camper's specific needs.
