Rates & Dates 2023

We are so excited that you want your child to become (again) a part of the Pony Gang Horse Crazy Camp family in 2023! Attending a summer camp truly can be an experience that lasts a lifetime. We know that for many families the cost of attending summer camp can be a financial burden that they might not be able to afford. We have payment plans and multiple child discount to help families send their children to camp. 

Our camp location has changed in June 2022. Please keep this in mind when signing up!

Please download our Camp forms that need to be filled out and returned them to Pony Gang by usps mail. All forms have to send by US mail to us. Delayed forms could be subject of a late fee

Winter Camp Payments 

• Register your child/children online through our Registration platform 
• Starting 12/01/23 all registrations are final. No cancellation possible 
• Cancellations received before 12/01/23 will receive a refund minus $100 nonrefundable office fee. 
• Tuition for camp is due in full with registration.

Mother/Daughter Camp payments 

• Register your child/children online through our Registration platform 
• Starting 3/1/23 all registrations are final. No cancellation possible 
• Tuition for camp is due as follow $180 with registration. Remaining balance is due on 4/1/23 for the April M/D camp and 5/1/23 for the May M/D camp. 
• The remaining balance can be paid with by personal check or money order (made out to Stefanie Terebayza) or venmo friends & family (send to @Ashley-Terebayza) with no extra cost. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card or you sent venmo payment through goods & services there will be a 3.5%  Service fee charged to your account .  Payment needs to be received by due date!
• Any open camp payments will be automatically charged by our system to your debit/credit card on file including the 3.5% service fee should we not receive payment by due date. 
• Failed check payments or charges to your card on file will be charged with a $50 administration fee.

Summer Camp Payments

• Starting 4/1/23 all registrations are final No cancellation possible 
• Tuition for camp is due as follow $100/1- week camp and $200/2-week camp with registration. 50% of remaining balance is due on April 1, 2023 and 50% on May 31, 2023. 
• The remaining balance can be paid with by personal check or money order (made out to Stefanie Terebayza) or venmo friends & family (send to @Ashley-Terebayza) with no extra cost. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card or you sent venmo payment through goods & services there will be a 3.5%  Service fee charged to your account .  Payment needs to be received by due date!

 Our registration site will show you what weeks are still available and weeks that are already filled will not be visible.

As long as a week is visible we have spots open.

If you register more as one child please contact us first before sending in your registration, so that we can ensure that we still have enough room in this particular week for more than one camper.
