Preparing for your daughters Camp is so much fun
Most important for us is that you and your daughter feel ready for camp this upcoming summer. Explore our Parents section to find answers to any questions you may have, and if you cannot find the answer, please give us a call.
We know that you and your child will have high expectations for this summer camp time at Pony Gang Equestrian Services, and we hope to meet every one of them before you even arrive.

ALL FORMS HAVE TO BE RETURNED AND RECEIVED BY MAY 30th (otherwise there will be a $50 administration fee charged to your account)
Campers cannot attend camp with any missing documents incl. Riding Instructor Form if registration shows that lessons are taken.
For Day & Overnight Campers
A correct fitting riding helmet is the most important part of Riders Safety. This Guidelines will give you all the information about a correct fitting helmet. Also it includes a form that needs to be filled out and returned with all other forms to ensure that you have a correct fitting helmet you will be bringing to camp or if you are in need to rent a helmet from us.
THERE IS A FORM IN THE GUIDE EVERY CAMPER HAS TO FILL OUT !!!
Our Letter to the Counselor form is new in 2023 and an optional form but it is very helpful to get to know your camper and you as a parent. Mail this in together with your camp papers.
