Letter to Applicants

Dear Staff Applicant,

We thank you for your interest in working at Pony Gang Horse Crazy Camp this upcoming summer camp season! For over 8 years now, we’ve dedicated ourselves to positively impacting children’s lives. We’re only able to continue this legacy, summer after summer, through the tireless efforts of the world-class staff we assemble each year. Working at a summer camp is a tremendously rewarding experience, though it entails a great level of commitment, selflessness and responsibility.

As such, we take our hiring process very seriously and ask that you do the same. First and foremost, we are committed to providing the greatest possible summer camp experience to our campers and their families. Therefore, it is our desire to get to know you (a potential future staff member) as well as possible through the application process. We also hope you learn a great deal more about who we are along the way!
